To make canned watermelon, cut the watermelon into pieces, remove the seeds and soak it in salt water. Remove it, add 3% salt and calcium chloride, pre boil it for 10 minutes, and then cool it with water several times. Then seal, sterilize and cool the prepared sugar solution and watermelon in a jar.

To make canned watermelon, first we need to cut the watermelon into blocks of basically equal size, dig out all the seeds in the watermelon, and then soak the watermelon in 3% salt water for about 15 minutes, so as to protect the color of the watermelon.

Then take out the watermelon, add 3% salt and edible calcium chloride, pre cook for about 10 minutes, and then rinse the watermelon several times with clean water. Next, we need to make the sugar solution of canned watermelon.

We need to boil water and sugar in the ratio of 4:1, then filter with gauze and add an appropriate amount of edible calcium chloride and citric acid. Finally, take advantage of the heat to pour the treated watermelon and sugar solution into the tank for sealing, sterilization and cooling.
