Can bean starch be used as jelly

Pea starch can be used to make things similar to jelly in taste and texture. Just melt it with equal proportion of water, then pour it into boiling water to boil, and then take it out to cool and put it into the refrigerator to freeze. We can use molds or add fruit as we like.

Pea starch can be used to make something very similar to jelly and often mistaken for jelly, that is, jelly. Although there is still a little gap between the 'jelly' made in this way and those purchased on the market, it is relatively restored for hand-made jelly.

We only need to prepare an appropriate amount of pea starch first, and then melt it with the same amount of water as it. Then take out the pot and pour in an appropriate amount of water. When the water in the pot boils, we can pour the starch water into the pot.

Next, we need to use chopsticks to keep stirring the liquid in the pot until it gradually solidifies and becomes transparent. We can put it out to cool, and then refrigerate it in the refrigerator. We can also put it into the jelly mold for cold storage, and put fruit pieces according to our own taste.
