On November 9, Shanghai Jingfeng Mingyuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd., which was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Kechuang board on October 14, announced the resignation of core technicians and design directors.
In the announcement, Jingfeng Mingyuan disclosed that Zhang Fuqiang, the company's design director and core technical personnel, resigned due to personal reasons and recently completed the resignation procedures. After leaving, Mr. Zhang Fuqiang will not hold any post in the company.
In the announcement, Jingfeng Mingyuan also disclosed Zhang Fuqiang's successor, who decided to appoint Gao Xiaoru, Senior IC Design Manager and key technical personnel of the company, as the design director.
Zhang Fuqiang, who has left office, has not been a member of Jingfeng Mingyuan for a long time. According to the announcement, he joined the company in June 2017 and served as the company's design director, only two years and four months.
Although he has not worked for a long time in jingfengmingyuan, Zhang Fuqiang has made outstanding achievements during his tenure. As an inventor, he has filed 11 patent applications, including 'protection circuit, drive system and chip', 'dimming interface control circuit and method, LED drive system, chip and method', of which 3 have been authorized and 8 are in the process of application.
According to the announcement, jingfengmingyuan and Zhang Fuqiang signed the confidentiality agreement and intellectual property ownership agreement, which stipulates that the intellectual property rights of technical achievements related to Zhang Fuqiang's post during his term of office and within one year after his resignation belong to the company, and clearly stipulates the protection of the company's business secrets that he contacts or knows, as well as the related core technology and patent ownership (including granted Right and application) belong to the company.
In addition, according to the non competition agreement signed with the company, there is no case of Zhang Fuqiang going to work at the competitor after leaving office, and no violation of the terms of the non competition agreement.
During his tenure, Zhang Fuqiang was mainly engaged in the daily management of R & D and design, mainly responsible for monitoring the design process, docking product line requirements and other work, and did not directly or indirectly hold the company's shares.
The announcement also shows that Zhang Fuqiang has completed the work handover with the current design director and team members of the company. The current design director and team members have the follow-up product design ability and conditions, and their resignation will not have a substantial impact on the company's technical advantages and core competitiveness.
Prior to Zhang Fuqiang's resignation, there were 6 core technicians in Mingyuan. After his resignation, the number of core technicians decreased to 5. In addition to Gao Xiaoru, who has been appointed as the design director, the other 4 are Hu Liqiang, sun Shungen, Yu Weijia and Mao Kun.
In the announcement, Jingfeng Mingyuan also disclosed the situation of Gao Xiaoru, the new design director, who was born in January 1981, 38 years old, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, and with a graduate degree.
Gao Xiaoru has rich experience in IC design and development. She worked as a senior engineer in France Semiconductor R & D (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from April 2005 to July 2010. From August 2010 to April 2013, she worked as the manager of IC design department in Shanghai Xinjin Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Compared with Zhang Fuqiang, Gao Xiaoru has worked for a longer time in Mingyuan, Jingfeng. She has been working in the company since April 2013, but she has been a Senior IC Design Manager of the company for more than six years, indirectly holding 0.05% of the company's shares.
