In this rescue, the Huangshan Scenic Spot Management Committee organized 27 public security, fire control, comprehensive treatment, fire prevention and medical emergency personnel, 3 sanitation workers of the joint stock company, and 1 person carrying bags from Tangkou tourism service company to participate in the orientation research and judgment, search, rescue, reception, medical first aid, traffic security, logistics support and other work of trapped tourists.
After the successful implementation of the rescue operation, the scenic spot rescue team, hot spring police station and law enforcement team promptly informed Wang of the relevant management system and paid rescue provisions. Wang said that he had realized his fault and was willing to bear the rescue costs.
After calculation, the total cost of this rescue is 15227 yuan, including 3206 yuan of paid rescue cost, which is borne by Wang Mou, including 1632 yuan of labor cost, 1024 yuan of cableway and vehicle cost, and 550 yuan of logistics support fee.
According to reports, in recent years, Huangshan scenic spot has organized hundreds of emergency rescue every year. From July 1, 2018 to June this year, a total of 405 batches of tourists were rescued, and 3 batches of 41 tourists were dissuaded from trying to enter the undeveloped and undeveloped areas of the scenic area.
In order to better safeguard the safety of tourists' lives and property and the safety of ecological resources in the scenic area, the measures for the implementation of paid rescue in Huangshan scenic spot was formally implemented on July 1, last year. Tourists who enter the undeveloped and open areas without permission or without any advice will bear the corresponding rescue costs.
After this round of rescue, the relevant person in charge of Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee said that the next step would be to carry out regular inspection and maintenance of the protective barbed wire.
