The foundation of the pavilion is 5 meters high, 25.2 meters long from east to west, 22.5 meters wide from south to North. The foundation is reinforced concrete frame, forming the lower chamber of the pavilion. On the platform base, a five bay double eaved Xieshan style hall is built, 18.5 meters long from east to west, 12.95 meters wide from north to south. It is painted with vermilion lacquer columns, architraves, and covered with grey tiles. Among them, in the middle of the Sutra Pavilion, there is a 'Chinese ancient Buddha' presented to Baima Temple by Thailand.
