General process of tax refund
A: Generally, the tax refund process has four steps:
1) When shopping in the mall, ask the cashier to fill in the tax refund form;
2) After filling in, the shop will stamp and sign the form (please keep the form properly);
3) At the time of departure, the goods purchased and the tax refund form shall be handed over to the counter of 'globalrefund';
4) After entering the gate, you can see the 'globalrefund' counter. With the tax refund form stamped with the customs seal and your passport, you can apply for credit card or cash return at the last gate of departure. If you transfer or transit, you cannot apply for tax refund.
(Note: when the customs refunds the tax, you need to show the items you bought. You can't unpack them before handling the tax refund.)
