In the cherry blossom season every year, there are many people and vehicles flowing around the East Lake and Wuda, and the traffic pressure is gradually increasing. In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the city's road traffic, the municipal public security traffic management department implements traffic control measures for some roads. Temporary traffic control measures will be added according to the specific road traffic conditions.
From 9:00 to 18:00 every day on March 17, 18, 24, 25, 31, April 1, 5, 6 and 7, temporary traffic management measures shall be taken for the following roads: passing through Luoshi Road (Bayi Road to Hongshan side road), Luoshi North Road (Luoyu road to Bayi Road), Hongshan side road (Luoshi road to Dongsan Road), motor vehicles shall pass in single and double numbers according to the tail number of license plate (except for buses and taxis) (external);
No motor vehicles are allowed to pass through LUOJIASHAN Road (from Luoshi road to wudapaifang) and auxiliary road of Bayi Road Underpass (except buses); no motor vehicles are allowed to park on both sides of Luoshi Road (from Luoyu road to Hongshan side road).

At the same time, due to the influence of the construction of the second ring metro, the right turn of Bayi Road to the street entrance of the second ring and the traffic from Luoshi North Road to the street entrance are slow. It is suggested that vehicles passing through the controlled area should bypass Hongshan Road, Dongyi Road (Dongsan Road) and Bayi Road in advance to avoid congestion. When the traffic volume of Bayi Road is large, vehicles can bypass Zhongbei Road, Zhongnan road and Wuluo road.
In addition, self driving vehicles are not allowed to enter the campus of Wuda, and the parking spaces of Hongshan side road and the parking lot around Hongshan Square are tense. Please try to choose public transport for travel. People can take the subway to jiedaokou station and walk to Wuda gate

When the traffic flow of Liyuan turntable is large, the vehicles in front of Liyuan gate can bypass Mudanyuan road and joy viaduct; the vehicles in the direction of the second bridge can bypass Zhongbei road from the west entrance of Yuejiazui interchange.
It is suggested that the citizens who are going to ride and walk on the greenway: the vehicles in the direction of Liyuan can go around huanle Avenue, QingWang road to Luoyan scenic area or Luoyan road to enter the greenway from Hongmiao interchange of the second ring road; the vehicles in the direction of Moshan can go around yujiahu Road, the Third Ring Road of Luoyu road and the exit of Huacheng road to Luoyan scenic area from Tuanshan tunnel.
Due to the serious shortage of parking spaces in Tingtao and Moshan scenic spots of East Lake, it is recommended that the citizens who drive to Donghu Lake to enjoy cherry trees or ride on the greenway choose to park their vehicles in Luoyan scenic spot as much as possible and ride their bikes into the greenway.
