Scenic spot 1: Cuihu lake, Kunming, Yunnan
Cuihu lake, formerly known as "caihaizi", is also known as "Jiulong pool" because there are "Jiuquan springs in the northeast of the lake, which converge to form a pool". Daguan building, located in Kunming, Yunnan Province, near the south of Huapu, is a triple eave glazed corner wood structure building. In the 29th year of Kangxi (1690) of the Qing Dynasty, it was built by Governor Wang Jiwen. During the Qianlong period, sun ranweng wrote a 180 word long couplet for him, which is known as the "longest couplet in the world". It was written and engraved by Lu Shutang, a famous scholar. Because of the long couplet, Daguan tower became the four famous buildings in China, which are as famous as yellow crane tower, Yueyang Tower and stork tower.
