First, prepare some fresh garlic, put it on the chopping board, cut off the base with a knife, and then break a whole garlic into pieces, all of which are opened on the chopping board.

The second step is to take out two stainless steel pots with a diameter of about 10 cm at the bottom. After that, put all the garlic on the cutting board in one of the stainless steel pots. It should be noted that all garlic cloves should be evenly spread at the bottom of the stainless basin, so as to play a role of shaking after convenience.

Third, put another stainless steel basin cover of the same size into the top of the garlic basin. Here, we can start the most critical step of peeling garlic. Use both hands to end the overlapping edge of the two pots, and then shake them up and down. This action is very important. We must shake them hard, so that the impact of garlic cloves in them will be stronger. The shaking process lasts about 20 seconds.
