1. Visiting relatives.
(1) Submit a copy of the certificate of the visited relative's residence, long-term residence, employment and schooling in Hong Kong or Macao. If relatives live in Hong Kong for a long time, they shall submit their Hong Kong identity cards, valid Hong Kong entry permits and copies of valid travel documents valid for more than one year; if relatives work or study in Hong Kong, they shall submit copies of corresponding Hong Kong entry permits and copies of valid travel documents.
If a relative settles in Macao, he shall submit a copy of his Macao resident identity card and the mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents; if the relative is of foreign nationality, he shall submit a copy of his Macao permanent resident identity card and foreign passport; if the relative lives in Macao for a long time, he shall submit a copy of his Macao resident identity card or Macao Special stay card and valid travel document.
If a relative is employed in Macao, he / she shall submit a copy of the certification document and a copy of the valid travel document approved by the Macao competent department for employment in Macao; if a relative is studying in Macao, he / she shall submit a copy of the admission notice or the certificate of study and a copy of the valid travel document of a Macao University.
(2) Submit the original proof of kinship and a copy. The proof of kinship includes: marriage certificate, birth certificate, household register which indicates kinship, certificate of kinship issued by local police station, and other legal certificates which can prove kinship. If you apply to the same department again to visit the same relative (except spouse and in laws) in Hong Kong or Macao, you will not be required to provide proof of kinship.
2. Business. Personnel of enterprises and institutions or self-employed business operators who go to Hong Kong or Macao for business activities or drive special vehicles to and from Guangdong Province to Hong Kong or Macao. "Enterprise organization" refers to an enterprise and its branches with independent legal personality registered with the State Administration for Industry and commerce; an organization engaged in production and business activities registered with the state tax department; and a permanent representative office of an overseas enterprise in the mainland.
If an enterprise applies for multiple business endorsements, it shall file with the exit Entry Administration Department of the local public security organ with the power of examination and approval in advance. The enterprise shall apply for business record, submit a copy of the business license, relevant registration certificate and tax registration certificate, and submit a copy of the tax payment certificate.
The personnel of the enterprise shall also submit the certificate of social insurance paid by the enterprise or the relevant certificate of belonging to the enterprise, and the explanation of business activities in Hong Kong and Macao issued by the enterprise.

5. Stay.
(1) For those who go to Hong Kong for appointment, study, employment, residence, training or as dependants, they must submit the original entry permit issued by the Immigration Department of Hong Kong and submit a copy. When the validity period of the stay endorsement expires, the applicant who continues to apply for the stay endorsement shall submit the renewal list with the name of the applicant issued by the exit and entry Affairs Department of Macao Public Security Police Bureau, or submit the original approval document with the name of the applicant issued by the Human Resources Office of Macao and the Department of social culture of Macao, and submit a copy. Relatives of persons going to Macao for employment shall submit the original approval notice issued by the exit and entry Affairs Department of Macao Public Security Police Bureau and submit a copy.
6. Others.
(1) Those who apply for Macao (Hong Kong) while staying in Hong Kong (Macao) with the stay endorsement shall submit the original and copy of the travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and the stay endorsement.
