1. Private cars include 5-seat cars and 7-seat SUVs. Non operating small and micro cars have no service life, and the mileage reaches 600000 km. The state will guide them to be scrapped. If more than 15 years and the driving mileage does not reach 600000 km, the vehicle needs to be inspected twice a year, and the unqualified vehicles will be scrapped;
2. The service life of taxis is 8 years, and when the time comes, taxis will be forced to be scrapped;
3. Domestic pickup trucks are forced to be scrapped for 15 years;
4. The service life of medium-sized taxi is 10 years. When the service life is up, it is mandatory to guide the scrapping;
5. The service life of heavy, medium and light trucks is 15 years. When the time comes, they will be forced to be scrapped;
6. The service life of tractor semitrailer is 15 years. When the time comes, the tractor will be forced to be scrapped;
7. The service life of the mini truck is 12 years. When the time comes, it is mandatory to guide the scrapping.
If there is no annual inspection, it will be forced to scrap
According to the rules of the code for the compulsory scrapping of motor vehicles: the motor vehicles that have not obtained the passing mark of motor vehicle inspection within three consecutive motor vehicle inspection cycles after the expiration of the inspection validity period shall be forced to be scrapped. If the vehicle is forced to be scrapped before driving on the road, the driver will be fined 2000 yuan and his driving qualification will be revoked.
Subsidy standard for vehicle scrapping in 2019:
1. The subsidy for scrapped heavy trucks is 18000 yuan per vehicle
2. The subsidy for scrapped medium trucks is 13000 yuan per vehicle
3. The subsidy for scrapped light trucks is 9000 yuan per vehicle
4. The subsidy for each scrapped mini truck is 6000 yuan
5. For scrapped large passenger cars, the subsidy is 18000 yuan per car
6. For scrapped medium-sized passenger cars, the subsidy is 11000 yuan per car
7. The subsidy for scrapped minibuses (excluding cars) is 7000 yuan per vehicle
8. For scrapped minibuses (excluding cars), the subsidy is 5000 yuan per vehicle
9. For scrapping cars with displacement of 1.35l or above, the subsidy is 18000 yuan per car
10. For scrapping 1-liter (exclusive) to 1.35-liter (exclusive) cars, each car will be subsidized by 10000 yuan
11. For scrapping cars with displacement less than 1 liter and special operation vehicles, the subsidy is 6000 yuan per vehicle
What are the circumstances that do not receive the scrap subsidy?

2. Second, vehicles that have been deregistered before August 1, 2016;
