It is reported that in order to adapt to and promote the application and development of 5g in China, according to the provisions of the people's Republic of China on radio frequency division, referring to the radio rules of ITU and relevant standards, and in combination with the actual situation of frequency use in China, the Ministry of industry and information technology has studied and drafted the regulations of the Ministry of industry and information technology on the use of 3300-3600mhz and 4800-5mhz in the fifth generation international mobile communication system (imt-2020) Notice on matters related to 000mhz frequency band (Draft for comments) (see the annex for details).
Full text: Notice of the Ministry of industry and information technology on matters related to the use of 3300-3600mhz and 4800-5000mhz frequency bands in the fifth generation international mobile communication system (imt-2020) (Exposure Draft)
1、 The frequency bands of 3300-3600mhz and 4800-5000mhz are imt-2020.
2、 The principle of imt-2020 in 3300-3400mhz band is limited to indoor use. It can be used outdoors without interference to the radio location service station in use.
3、 The radio station of imt-2020 system in 3400-3600MHz frequency band shall not cause radio interference to the satellite fixed service earth station within the validity period of frequency license in this frequency band. Certain protection shall be provided for the frequency band and adjacent frequency earth stations which are used for satellite telemetry after the expiration of the frequency license. The specific measures shall be negotiated between the imt-2020 system operator and relevant satellite operators.
4、 The radio station of imt-2020 system in 4990-5000mhz frequency band shall not interfere with the radio astronomical stations listed in the footnotes chn12 of the regulations of the people's Republic of China on radio frequency division.
5、 As imt-2020 working frequency band, the above frequency band is allocated and managed by the national radio regulatory agency. The frequency distribution scheme, equipment RF technical indicators and station management specific provisions shall be formulated and issued separately.
