In August 2018, Shanghai Phoenix took Dongxia Datong company to court, demanding Dongxia Datong to repay 68.1511 million yuan in arrears for Fenghuang bicycle. After mediation by Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's court, Shanghai Fenghuang and Dongxia Datong reached a mediation agreement. Dongxia Datong paid Shanghai Fenghuang 71.9161 million yuan, including arrears, attorney fees and interest (as of November 20, 2018).
In the first quarter of this year, Dongxia Datong paid a total of 35.7462 million yuan to Shanghai Phoenix, of which 27.9261 million yuan was directly transferred by the court. According to this calculation, Shanghai Phoenix still has 36.17 million yuan not recovered.
