Imitation RMB Ming currency is popular in recent years
The pattern of RMB refers to the complete or partial pattern of the currency issued by the people's Bank of China.
For the first time, the new measures add a prohibition clause, forbidding the use of RMB in sacrificial articles, daily consumables, tickets and other items.

In recent years, in the actual work, there have been a lot of improper use of RMB patterns and damage to the image of RMB.
In real life, there are all kinds of Ming currency and paper money in the market, and imitation Yuan Ming currency has been popular in the market these years. The paper size, color, pattern and face value of these Ming coins are very similar to the current or ever circulating RMB. The difference is often the words on them.
Most of the Ming coins just changed the top line into the words of 'China Paradise bank', 'China Mingmin bank', 'Tiandi general bank'. Because these Ming coins are very similar to RMB, it is difficult to see the difference without careful identification. Moreover, there are more and more Ming coins printed in imitation of RMB 100, and the printing quality is also higher and higher. Some people find it difficult to identify the authenticity of this kind of Ming coin, and it is easy to confuse it with RMB.
Demand 'don't make the public mistake RMB'
In order to avoid confusion with real currency, Article 9 of the new measures requires that the use of RMB drawings should--
（1） It can only be used on one side. (2) it will not damage the image of RMB, the national and social public interests. (3) it will not make the public mistake RMB. (4) it will ensure that the original proportion of the head portrait and national emblem in the RMB drawing will not be distorted, distorted, damaged or replaced. （5） When using the RMB pattern, it is necessary to mark the clear and recognizable 'pattern' in the middle of the pattern with dark blue solid bold characters.
Illegal use of RMB drawings will be fined less than 50000 yuan

According to the new measures, those who violate the provisions of these Measures shall be given a warning by the people's Bank of China or its branches, ordered to correct, destroyed the illegally used patterns of RMB, and confiscated the illegal income. Among them, those who violate the provisions of these measures and use the pattern of RMB without permission; those who violate Article 9 of these measures and use the pattern of RMB without permission shall be punished in accordance with Article 44 of the law of the people's Bank of China. According to Article 44 of the law of the people's Bank of China, if the pattern of RMB is illegally used in publicity materials, publications or other commodities, the people's Bank of China shall order it to make corrections, destroy the illegally used pattern of RMB, confiscate its illegal income and impose a fine of less than 50000 yuan.
