Qu Yunhai, deputy director of the State Administration of migration, informed the press conference that the "only run once" system includes the following main contents:

2、 It is a "green channel" to apply for the certificate, increase the scope of emergency application for the certificate, and provide the "go as you go" urgent application service for the personnel who go abroad to attend the meeting and negotiation, sign the contract, report for study abroad at the approaching time, lose or damage the certificate before leaving.
3、 It's a "non working day license application" service, which provides office workers with applications on Saturdays, rush hours and holiday days. The fourth is to shorten the time for applying for entry-exit certificates in other places. The time limit for examination and approval of cross provincial applications for entry-exit certificates in different places has been shortened from 30 days to 20 days.
5、 It's a 'one form'. One person can apply for multiple certificates at the same time, only need to submit one application form, take one number, and send it synchronously according to the needs of the applicant.
6、 Applicants can make an appointment in advance through the Internet. At the same time, it also provides two-way express mail service for applicants.
According to the circular, in 2008, mainland residents handled 34.13 million private entry and exit certificates and endorsements, and in 2017, the number reached 133 million, an increase of nearly three times. The people put forward many new demands for convenient and fast license processing.

A number of fees such as ordinary passport will be reduced
The national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance issued a notice on the 29th, reducing the fees for citizens' entry-exit certificates, motor vehicle license plates, temporary entry motor vehicle license plates and other fees from July 1, 2017.
Among them, the fee for ordinary passport is reduced from 200 yuan to 160 yuan. The charge standard of entry-exit pass is reduced from 20 yuan per pass to 15 yuan per pass for one entry-exit and from 100 yuan per pass to 80 yuan per pass for multiple entry-exit.
The charge standard for the pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao will be reduced from 100 yuan per pass to 80 yuan per pass. The fee for the pass to Hong Kong and Macao will be reduced from 50 yuan per pass to 40 yuan per pass. The charge standard of pass to and from Taiwan is reduced from 100 yuan per pass to 80 yuan per pass for electronic pass and from 20 yuan per pass to 15 yuan per pass for one-time valid pass.
