How to calculate the overtime pay on Tomb Sweeping Day
In the holiday of Qingming Festival, on April 5 (which is a legal holiday), the overtime pay will be paid according to 300% of the average daily wage or hourly wage;
April 6 and 7 (these two days are public holidays) will have to pay 200% of the average daily wage or hourly wage in addition to overtime pay.
Calculation of overtime wage on statutory holidays: overtime wage = daily standard wage (or piece rate wage) & divide; 8 (hours) x3x overtime.
An example of overtime payment calculation for Qingming Festival:
Take the amount of X yuan deducted from the actual wage of the normal labor income provided by the laborer in January last year as an example.
