(4) Passengers are not allowed to refund tickets within 30 minutes of the scheduled sailing time of the passenger ship.
(5) When passengers request to change the ship's shift and class, they should refund the ticket and pay the refund fee before purchasing another ticket.
(6) When passengers ask for upgrade on board, they have to pay the difference of class.
(7) In case of suspension due to force majeure (such as southwest monsoon, typhoon, gale, big wave, fog, channel blockage, etc.) or the ship, only the ticket money will be refunded, and the ticket difference caused by changing passengers will not be made up. Passengers who have taken the ticket should go to the window of the ticket office with the original ID card and ticket to make up the difference or refund the ticket.
