The automatic car can only be started in P and N gear, and some models can only be started in P gear, so make sure to put it in P gear before ignition. The next steps are as follows:
Correct steps for starting: apply the brake - ignition - shift to D (or R) - release the hand brake - release the foot brake - step on the accelerator - starting

1. Before getting on the vehicle, check the surroundings of the vehicle to make sure that there are no small animals or children nearby, or whether there are nails, glass and other items that hinder the safety of the vehicle. In the car, the first thing is to fasten the safety belt, otherwise as a novice, it is easy to start without any safety measures.
2. There are only two pedals for the car with automatic gear: the accelerator and the brake. The left is the brake and the right is the accelerator. This order must be clearly noted. First step on the left brake pedal before starting the car.
3. Insert the car key, turn the key clockwise while stepping on the brake, and then you will hear the sound of the car engine starting.
4. Check whether the instrument of the car is normal. The instrument on the left is the engine speed, and the instrument on the right is the speedometer. Check whether there is alarm light on the instrument. If there is a prompt like whether the door is closed, it must be handled first. Confirm whether the quantity of oil in the oil meter in the speedometer is enough. If the quantity of oil is too small, consider adding oil.
5. If it is a two cylinder car, it will start one by one when the engine is just started. At the beginning, the roar of the engine is quite loud. Wait for several tens of seconds (it may take 1 or 2 minutes in winter). Wait for the engine to reduce a little, then the engine can be fully started. At this time, the car can be upshifted.
6. Put down the handbrake again.
7. Keep the brake on and pull the gear from the stop position [P] to the forward gear [D]. (there are almost no other gears except reverse [R]).
8. Release the brake, lightly step on the accelerator pedal on the right side, slowly supply oil, start the car, pay attention to the surrounding vehicle conditions, and be ready to stop at any time.
9. After waiting for the car to get on the road, you can continue to speed up the fuel.
Tips:
1. Keep enough distance from the front vehicle.
2. When stepping on and off the accelerator pedal, the force shall be gentle and the pedal shall be lifted gently. When starting the engine, do not press the accelerator pedal to the bottom. When starting, the throttle opening is the best.
3. Pay attention to make sure that the gear is in P or n when starting the automatic car stop. Otherwise, the transmission will be damaged.
4. When the automatic barrier cannot be started, it is not allowed to manually push or drag with other vehicles, otherwise the vehicle will be seriously damaged. Professional Trailer personnel and professional vehicles should be found.
