How can Xinyang Maojian be preserved? Common preservation methods of Xinyang Maojian

Xinyang Maojian is one of the famous local products in Henan Province. It is famous at home and abroad for its unique style of fragrant, green soup and strong taste. Xinyang Maojian is one of the famous tea in Qing Dynasty, and it is also a green tea that many people prefer. How long is the shelf life of Xinyang Maojian? How can Xinyang Maojian be preserved?

1、 Cold storage method

The new tea with water content less than 6% is put into an iron or wooden tea pot, the mouth of the pot is sealed with adhesive tape, and it is placed in the refrigerator for a long time, and the temperature is kept at 5 ℃.

2、 Charcoal storage

Take 1 kg of charcoal and put it into a small cloth bag, put it into the bottom of tile jar or small iron box, and then arrange the packed tea on it in layers until it is full, and then seal the mouth of the jar. The cloth bag containing charcoal is generally replaced once a month.

3、 Thermos storage method

Put the tea into the newly bought thermos bottle, then seal it with wax and wrap it with adhesive tape. This method is most suitable for family keeping Xinyang Maojian.

4、 Chemical storage

With a thick plastic bag, the deoxidizer is fixed on a corner, and then the tea bag is sealed. The oxygen absorption of tea can be revealed by the deoxidizer in one or two days, and the effect is very good.

5、 Quick lime storage method

First use dry and closed ceramic jars, place them in a dry and cool place, wrap the tea leaves with thin kraft paper, tie them tightly, and arrange them in layers around them. Then put the ash bags in the middle of the tea bags, and seal the mouth of the jar after filling them. It is better to change the gray bags every 1-2 months, so as to keep the tea for a long time without deterioration.

6、 Plastic bag, aluminum foil bag storage method

It's better to use plastic bags with sealing and for food. At 11 o'clock after the materials are used, the ones with high density are better. Do not use plastic bags with taste or remanufactured ones. The air in the bags should be squeezed out as far as possible after they are put into tea leaves. If the second plastic bag can be used to cover the tea, it is better to use the transparent plastic bags to pack the tea, which is not easy to irradiate the sunlight.

The principle of aluminum foil bag tea is similar to that of plastic bag. In addition, the purchased tea is packaged by generations, sealed and placed in the refrigerator, and then brewed in batches, so as to reduce the chance of contact with air and delay the occurrence of quality deterioration.

7、 Long term storage of tea

Tea can be preserved for a long time only when the moisture content is controlled at 3-5%. The degree of baking and drying is very important to the storage life of tea. Generally speaking, the tea with heavy baking and low moisture content can be stored at a relatively low place.

8、 Low temperature storage

The storage environment of tea leaves should be kept below 5 ℃, that is to say, the storage temperature of 0-5 ℃ is the most economical and effective way to store tea in cold storage or freezer.

If the storage period is more than half a year, the freezing (- 10 to - 18 ℃) is the best. If it is necessary to refrigerate together with other foods, tea should be properly packed and completely sealed to avoid odor absorption.
