What materials are needed?

1. The parties concerned shall, within 30 days after the signing of the housing sales contract, submit an application to the real estate management department with the real estate ownership certificate, the legal certificate of the party concerned, the transfer contract and other relevant documents, and declare the transaction price;

2. The real estate management department shall review the relevant documents provided and give a written reply on whether to accept the application within 15 days;

3. The real estate management department shall verify the declared transaction price and conduct on-the-spot investigation and evaluation of the transferred house as required;

4. The parties to the transfer of real estate shall pay relevant taxes and fees in accordance with the provisions;

5. The real estate management department shall verify and issue the transfer sheet.

After going through the above procedures, both parties shall obtain the real estate ownership certificate by presenting the transfer procedures and in accordance with the provisions of the real estate administration law of the people's Republic of China, and shall submit the following materials:

(1) Application for registration;

(2) Identification of the applicant;

(3) House ownership certificate or real estate ownership certificate;

(4) Materials proving the transfer of house ownership right;

(5) Other necessary materials.
