1、 How much is the transfer tax

2、 What information is needed for property transfer

(1) Real estate transfer registration application form;

(2) Identity certificate of the property transfer applicant;

Materials required by the seller: original ID card and one copy of ID card. If you are married, you need one original and one copy of marriage certificate and one original of real estate certificate; if one of the couple is unable to be present, you must first write a power of attorney and then go to the Justice Bureau for notarization, one copy of household registration and one copy.

(3) Real estate title certificate;
