In accordance with the spirit of the notice of the Ministry of finance of the Ministry of human resources and social security on adjusting the basic pension of retirees in 2018 (HSF [2018] No. 18), with the approval of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, the relevant issues on adjusting the basic pension of retirees in 2018 are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Adjustment range
As of January 1, 2018, for those who have gone through retirement procedures and received basic pension by December 31, 2017 (referred to as "retirees"), as well as those who have gone through retirement procedures (referred to as "retirees") in accordance with the Interim Measures of the State Council on the placement of old, weak, sick and disabled cadres and the Interim Measures of the State Council on the retirement and resignation of workers (Guo Fa [1978] No. 104), they are referred to as "retirees" Personnel '), adjust the basic pension.
2、 Adjustment method
（1） Quota adjustment

1. Retired employees of enterprises and government institutions and retirees whose payment period is less than 15 years will be increased by 15 yuan per person per month; retirees whose payment period is more than 15 years will be increased by 15 yuan per person per month based on their payment period of more than 15 years. For every full year of payment (calculated as one year for less than one year), each person will be increased by 1.5 yuan per month.
2. For retirees and retirees of enterprises and government institutions, each person will increase his / her pension by 2% of his / her monthly basic pension at the end of 2017.

1. 3. For the enterprise retirees who have paid for more than 15 years, if the monthly basic pension is less than 3073 yuan after adjusting the basic pension in accordance with the above provisions of this circular, for the part whose payment period is more than 15 years, the payment will be increased by 1.2 yuan per person every month for every full year (calculated as one year if the payment period is less than one year). The adjusted monthly basic pension increased to a maximum of 3073 yuan.
3、 Source of funds
The funds needed for the adjustment of the basic pension of retirees: those who participate in the basic endowment insurance of enterprise employees shall be disbursed from the basic endowment insurance fund of enterprise employees; those who participate in the basic endowment insurance of staff of organs and institutions shall be disbursed from the basic endowment insurance fund of staff of organs and institutions; other personnel shall be disbursed from the original channels.
4、 Release time
