（1） When applying for a Hong Kong Macao pass alone, mainland residents shall fill in the application form as required, answer relevant inquiries and submit the following materials:

2. The original ID card of the applicant shall be submitted for examination. If the applicant is under 16 years old, the household register of the applicant may also be submitted for examination.
