Payment standard of medical insurance for urban residents: the annual fund-raising standard for each student and child is 100 yuan, the individual pays 60 yuan of medical insurance premium, and the rest 40 yuan is subsidized by the government. Students and children with severe disability, enjoying the treatment of minimum living insurance and families with special difficulties shall not be paid by themselves, and all medical insurance premiums shall be subsidized by the government. Non employed urban adult residents shall raise 560 yuan per person per year. The payment and subsidy standards are as follows:
1. For the severely disabled, those who enjoy the treatment of minimum living insurance, those who have special difficulties and those who are over 60 years old from low-income families, no individual shall pay, and all medical insurance premiums shall be subsidized by the government;
2. The elderly over 70 years old shall pay 120 yuan of medical insurance premium, and the rest 440 yuan shall be subsidized by the government;
3. Other non working urban residents shall pay medical insurance premium of 330 yuan, and the rest 230 yuan shall be subsidized by the government.
Proportion of overall medical insurance payment for urban residents:
1、 We will increase the proportion of payments of hospitalization pooling funds for urban residents with basic medical insurance above the threshold and below the maximum payment limit:
（1） The elderly residents and low-income people increased from 55%, 60% and 65% to 65%, 75% and 80% respectively according to the third, second and first level hospitals;
（2） According to the level 3, level 2 and level 1 hospitals, the number of minor residents and college students increased from 60%, 65% and 70% to 70%, 80% and 85% respectively;
（3） According to the third, the second and the first level hospitals, the number of the lowest security personnel increased from 60%, 65% and 70% to 70%, 80% and 85% respectively. Among them, the payment proportion of the original overall plan fund for the disabled, the disabled and the disabled (the dependant or the dependant) remains unchanged;
（4） The payment proportion of the fund for the overall planning of medical expenses in different places increased by 10 percentage points. Among them, the elderly residents and low-income people increased from 40% to 50%; the low-income people, minor residents and college students increased from 60% to 70%.
2、 On the payment standard of overall fund for outpatient medical expenses of urban residents
In the year of medical insurance settlement, the general outpatient medical expenses incurred by urban residents' basic medical insurance insured personnel (except the minimum insured personnel) in designated community health service centers (stations), township health centers or school hospitals (school outpatient department, school health center) and other grass-roots designated medical institutions shall be borne by the individual accumulatively at the beginning of the payment standard of 300 yuan, and the above payment standard shall meet the basic medical insurance payment The medical expenses within the scope shall be paid 50% by the overall planning fund, and the annual overall planning fund shall pay up to 300 yuan.
