Couples who have obtained the honor certificate of only child parents shall enjoy the rewards of only child parents in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. What is the use of only child certificate
There is a corresponding subsidy policy for the one-child country. What is the use of the one-child certificate?
First of all, with the only child certificate, it enjoys the qualification of the state to issue the only child fee.
The standard for the payment of the fee for the only child shall include the parents of the only child who are married late, who voluntarily bear only one child for life or who have no child and adopt only one child according to law, who can bear children again if the couples of childbearing age meet the requirements, who voluntarily do not bear any more children, and who receive pension according to law.
For employees who marry late, the marriage leave shall be increased by 12 days in addition to the marriage leave prescribed by the state; for those who have late childbearing, the maternity leave shall be increased by 30 days in addition to the maternity leave prescribed by the state; for those who receive the honor certificate of only child parents during the maternity leave, the maternity leave shall be increased by 30 days, and the husband shall enjoy 15 days of nursing leave. Increased maternity and nursing leave are considered attendance. In case of late childbearing of rural residents, the funds raised by the village collective production public welfare undertakings in that year shall be reduced or exempted; in case of late childbearing of urban unemployed residents, appropriate rewards shall be given by the Township People's government or the sub district office where the household registration is located.

A person who is at least 60 years old for a male and 55 years old for a female and who has obtained the honor certificate for parents of only one child and meets one of the following conditions: having only one child (including adoption according to law); having no foster relationship with stepchildren in a remarried family, having only one child; and other persons who meet the conditions. However, those who have enjoyed a pension plus 5% or one-time bonus (or subsidy) in accordance with the family planning incentive policy.
Handling process of one child certificate
The process of handling the one-child certificate is divided into three categories. There are differences in the process of handling different types of household registration.
The procedure for obtaining a permanent rural or urban household registration for both husband and wife and their children:
1. The female party shall go to the unit where she works (if there is no unit, she shall go to the villagers' committee or the residents' committee) to get the application approval form for the one-child certificate.
2. After the preliminary examination and approval of the units of both parties (if there is no unit, the villagers' committee or the residents' committee), it shall be sent to the township (town) people's government or the sub district office where the permanent residence of the female party is located for examination (the original household register and marriage certificate shall be carried). The township (town) people's government or sub district office shall complete the review within 15 days and report to the local district or county family planning committee for approval (with a copy of the household register attached).
3. The district and county family planning committee shall complete the examination and approval within 30 days after receiving the application form for the only child certificate. For those who meet the requirements, an only child certificate shall be issued.
The procedure of obtaining evidence for the spouse lost or divorced
1. The eligible Party shall go to the unit where he / she works (if there is no unit, he / she shall go to the villagers' committee or the residents' committee) to get the application approval form for the one-child certificate.
2. After the preliminary examination and approval of the unit (in case of no unit, the villagers' committee or the residents' committee), it shall be sent to the township (town) people's government or the sub district office of the place where the eligible Party's permanent residence is located for examination (the original household register, marriage certificate and divorce certificate shall be carried). The township (town) people's government or sub district office shall complete the review within 15 days and report to the local district or county family planning committee for examination and approval (with copies of household register and divorce certificate attached).
3. The district and county family planning committee shall complete the examination and approval within 30 days after receiving the application form for the only child certificate. For those who meet the requirements, an only child certificate shall be issued.
How to deal with the loss of the only child card
When the only child certificate is lost, it needs to go to the original issuing authority to reissue it. So it's not troublesome to make up the anesthesia? What's the process?
As long as we provide complete relevant certificates to the supplementary organization, the process is not complicated. The specific procedures are as follows: first, go to the unit or neighborhood committee to open a letter of credit, then take 4 copies of household register, ID card, marriage certificate, birth permit and 2-inch group photo of husband and wife to the street office to fill in the form, and finally go to the street office where the woman's household register is located to fill in the form.
Notes on handling the only child certificate
