In order to ensure the basic life of retirees (including retirees and retirees, the same below) within the scope of social overall planning of basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees in this city, upon approval, the relevant issues concerning the adjustment of basic pension for enterprise retirees in 2018 are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Before December 31, 2017, those who have been approved to go through the retirement procedures and enjoy the basic endowment insurance treatment of enterprise employees on a monthly basis (excluding the labor contract workers who should participate in the endowment insurance of government institutions) will adjust the basic endowment insurance from January 1, 2018.
2、 45 yuan per person per month.
3、 The basic pension of retirees shall be adjusted according to the payment period (including the deemed payment period, excluding the converted working age, the same below). For retirees with a payment period of 10 years or more, a monthly increase of 3 yuan will be made every year; for retirees with a payment period of less than 10 years (excluding retirees from agricultural to industrial land acquisition), a monthly increase of 30 yuan will be made; for retirees with a payment period of less than 15 years, a monthly increase of 45 yuan will be made.
4、 The retirees shall adjust the basic pension according to the following absolute amount: before adjusting the basic pension according to the provisions of this circular, if the monthly pension is less than 3770 yuan, each person shall increase 60 yuan per month; if the monthly pension is 3770 yuan or above, and less than 5270 yuan, each person shall increase 50 yuan per month; if the monthly pension is 5270 yuan or above, each person shall increase 40 yuan per month.
After the pension is increased according to the absolute amount (excluding the adjustment amount increased according to Article 2 and Article 3 of this notice), if the pension level of the previous level is lower than the upper limit of the next level after adjustment, it shall be determined according to the upper limit of the next level after adjustment (see the annex for specific standards).

6、 According to the spirit of the notice on further solving the living difficulties of the former industrial and commercial workers (LSBF [2002] No. 9) issued by the former Ministry of labor and social security, the United Front Department, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of civil affairs, if the basic pension of the former industrial and commercial workers is adjusted according to the provisions of articles 2, 3 and 4 of this notice, and is less than 3959 yuan / month, it shall be supplemented to 3959 yuan / month (excluding the former industrial and commercial workers who have resigned) 。
