Post-90s start punk health what is punk health?

Nowadays, health preservation has become a hot topic. Because of the overworked life, many people begin to pay attention to their health. Do you know what is punk health preservation? Today, Xiaobian will talk about health preservation with you.

On the one hand is the extension of life expectancy, on the other hand is the invasion of chronic diseases, on the other hand is the incomparable desire for health, on the other hand is the legs that cannot be walked away, on the other hand is the diligent skin care, on the other hand is the tireless staying up late... The recently released "2019 National Health insight report" (hereinafter referred to as "report") shows the public a bizarre picture of Chinese health.

It is understood that the report was carried out by Dr. Xiang Xiang and Mobile Health Research Institute of health report, mainly focusing on the public's attitude and behavior towards health. Through the data analysis of more than 50000 people, the executors found many interesting and even contradictory phenomena. It is of great significance to the health decision-making of the government, industry, industry and the public.

93% of 'most important' vs 40% of 'fail'

With the development of economic level, the improvement of medical level and the improvement of health insurance system, in recent years, the neonatal mortality rate continues to reduce and the life expectancy per capita continues to increase. But at the same time, due to chronic diseases and other factors, health status has not kept up with the pace of life growth.

In the past 30 years, global life expectancy has increased by 9.4 years, while health life expectancy has only increased by 8.0 years. This means that more people will live longer in unhealthy situations.

This duality is also confirmed in this survey: people pay more attention to health and give low scores to their own conditions.

According to the survey, the importance of 'health' in the public mind is as high as 9.6 points. In terms of life attitude, when comparing physical health with wealth and work, 93% of the public think that physical health is the most important thing, and 'happy family' and 'Mental Health' are ranked second and third respectively. Public attention to health goes far beyond 'having wealth' and 'satisfying work'.

An interesting finding is related to age: the older you are, the more you pay attention to your physical and mental health, and the younger you are, the more you pay attention to enjoying life, having wealth and satisfying work. For the pursuit of a happy family, the post-90s pay much less attention than other age groups.

Although all age groups have shown a wide range of health concerns. But in contrast, it is the reality of huge gap. When rating their actual health, only 10% of the public think their health status can reach 9-10 points; 40% of the public think their health status is below 6 points. The average score of self-assessment of public health is only 6.8, just passing the pass line.

The self-evaluation of health of the public in the four age groups of 70, 70, 80 and 90 shows a downward trend. In particular, the post-80s and post-90s young people are faced with workplace pressure and life pressure at the same time, and their health self-assessment scores are not up to 7 points. "Health preservation" is no longer a special term for middle-aged and elderly people, but a popular word for the post-80s and post-90s.

However, young people's health care also has its own name: Punk health care! It is characterized by 'diligent skin care on the one hand, and tireless staying up late on the other hand; death on the other hand, self-help; beer with wolfberry, coke with dangshen; bungee jumping when wearing pants, pasted warm baby; while binge drinking, while & lsquo; stomach & rsquo;; After eating big fish and meat, and then a plate of green vegetables, you will feel very healthy '.

The post-90s need beauty, the post-80s need mood, and the Post-70s need sleep

In the survey, a humble data can reflect why people give low scores to their physical and mental health: 96% of the public said they have health-related problems. Among them, the top three are: skin condition is not good (90 most concerned about), anxiety and depression (80 key issues), poor sleep (70 preferred).

Women are more troubled in skin condition than men, while men are more troubled in sexual life, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid than women. Although it is often believed that men are more susceptible to hair loss, data show that women suffer more from hair loss than men.

In terms of anxiety, depression and other psychological problems, young people's worries are significantly higher than those of the middle-aged and old people, and their worries about gastrointestinal problems are also higher than those of the middle-aged and old people, while the middle-aged and old people's worries about bone joints, blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid problems are higher than those of the young people.

The public scored 9.5 for the importance of sleep, while only 6.7 for their own sleep satisfaction. Among them, the satisfaction of young people is lower than that of old people. Young people suffer more serious sleep problems than old people. 84% of the post-90s have sleep problems, compared with 76% of the pre-70s. The average sleep time of the public is 7.2 hours. The sleep time of post-90s is 7.4 hours, while that of pre-70s is 6.8 hours.

76% of the public suffer from sleep disorders. The main manifestations of sleep disorders are difficulty in falling asleep, or inability to sleep until dawn, easy to wake up at night; sleep time is not long enough; always wake up early, dream much, can not get up in the morning, etc. Sleep disorders are easy to cause daytime fatigue, inattention, low work efficiency, emotional instability and other problems. Young people's sleep problems focus on poor sleep, difficult to fall asleep and so on, while the old people's sleep problems focus on easy to wake up at night.

73% of the public will take all kinds of measures to solve the problem of sleep after the occurrence of sleep disturbance, and 50% will solve the problem of sleep by regulating sleep time. Pillows, mattresses, aromatherapy and other sleep aids have also been favored by many insomniacs in recent years. However, it is worth noting that 27% of the public have no solution to the sleep problem and can only carry it.

Wang Han, chief physician of Neurology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, said that sleep is the most effective self-healing method in human evolution. When people around us are tired or sick, we are used to saying "have a good rest". However, when we encounter problems, we often don't think about adjusting our sleep first.

She also pointed out that cognitive-behavioral therapy is one of the first choices for the treatment of chronic insomnia in adults, among which the correction of poor sleep hygiene habits is the primary description, including not drinking excitatory substances and overeating 4 to 6 hours before sleep, not using alcohol to help sleep, moderate exercise, regular work and rest, etc. In addition, nearly one third of people choose sleeping aids, from bedding products, eye masks and other products to aromatherapy and health care products, which also reflects the convenience and help brought by the material richness of modern society to people's lives.

Sports: how much 'love' is hard to 'come back'

In the aspect of sports, the public's attention and current situation present the widest gap between knowledge and practice. The importance of sports for health is generally recognized by the public, with a score of 9.2 points. More than half of them even think that the importance of sports is a full score of 10 points. However, the public's satisfaction with their sports status is only 5.5 points, and less than one third of the public think their sports status is qualified.

The proportion of the public whose exercise frequency is less than once a week is as high as 47%, and only 30% of the public who can take part in physical exercise regularly (more than three times a week), reflecting that people's participation in physical exercise is generally not high; the proportion of women who do not take part in physical exercise (less than once a month) is significantly higher than that of men. From the perspective of age distribution, the proportion of young people who often take part in physical exercises after 80 and 90 is relatively low, only about 25%; at the same time, the survey shows that with the increase of age, the percentage of people who often take part in physical exercises is gradually increasing, and the proportion of people before 70 can be as high as 73%.

Walking and running have become the most popular sports mode of the public because of their simplicity, convenience and applicability. The proportion of choice is 66% and 45% respectively. In leisure sports, cycling is the most popular, accounting for 23%. Among the 'small ball' sports, badminton has the largest number of participants, while in the 'big ball' sports, basketball is the most popular.

From the perspective of gender distribution, basketball, football and other relatively fierce sports are dominated by men, while yoga, aerobics and other sports showing flexibility are preferred by women. With the increase of age, the public tends to walk as a relatively small way of daily exercise, while the proportion of sports that need flexibility such as running and equipment sports or yoga and aerobics gradually decreases.

25% of the public will choose indoor gym or professional gym, and 18% will choose to exercise at home. From the perspective of age, the lower the age level is, the higher the proportion of sports in the charging venues is; on the contrary, the older the age is, the more inclined the sports are in the public stadiums. This reflects the difference of sports consumption concept among different age groups. From the perspective of gender distribution, the proportion of women choosing to exercise at home is higher than that of men, which may be related to women's preference for yoga, aerobics and other sports.

Qi Zheng, chief orthopedic physician of Beijing Friendship Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, believes that the importance of sports for health has been widely recognized, but in fact, the proportion of public diseases participating in sports is not high, and the age and gender structure of the public participating in sports is still unbalanced. On the one hand, 'busy work' limits young people's exercise time; on the other hand, 'I'm still young, and my illness is far away' illusion has become an excuse not to exercise. In fact, office workers have become the high incidence of neck and back pain, obesity and other problems due to their poor work habits such as sedentary, low head, and lack of exercise. In addition, women usually put more energy into their families, which leads to the neglect of sports. Women are more likely to develop osteoporosis in the future if they don't have enough peak bone mass by strengthening their exercise reserves when they are young.
