Time limit for application:

The exit and Entry Administration Department of the public security organ shall issue the pass for Hong Kong and Macao within 10 working days after accepting the application for the pass; and shall issue the pass within 7 working days after accepting the application for endorsement separately. If it is unable to issue on time due to the inconvenient traffic or special circumstances in the area, the issuing time may be extended to 20 working days with the approval of the entry-exit administration department of the provincial public security organ.

In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of public security, the exit and Entry Administration Department of the public security organ shall issue a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao to the place where the non resident residence is located within 30 days.
