1、 Reserved exchange outlets and lines
The 70th anniversary banknotes are issued in two batches by appointment. The first batch was issued nationwide on December 28, 2018, and the second batch was issued in Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hubei, Guangdong and other regions on January 11, 2019.
CCB undertook the first batch of reserved exchange of banknotes for the 70th anniversary of Beijing, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Henan, Yunnan, Gansu and Ningxia, and the second batch of reserved exchange of banknotes for the 70th anniversary of Heilongjiang.
Customers can log in to the Internet website of the branches of the above-mentioned provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government to learn about the reserved exchange outlets, the amount of money that can be reserved and the business hours of the outlets. Among them, Ningbo customers are inquired through the Internet website of Ningbo Branch of China Construction Bank.
2、 Appointment period and exchange period
The reservation period of two batches of 70th anniversary banknotes is from 0:00 on November 30 to 24:00 on December 3, 2018
The first batch of reserved exchange period: December 28, 2018 to January 4, 2019;
The second batch of reserved exchange period: January 11, 2019 to January 15, 2019.

3、 Appointment and exchange method
The face value of the 70th anniversary banknotes is 50 yuan, and the limit of reservation and exchange for each person is 20 pieces.
During the appointment period, each customer can only make an appointment once per batch with the second generation ID card.
The reservation quota of outlets can be divided into online reservation quota and offline reservation quota: the online reservation quota can be reserved through the network channel, and the offline quota can be reserved through the outlet counter.

On site booking of outlets: if the offline booking quota of the exchange outlets in the announcement of the branch is still surplus, you can make an appointment at the outlets during the business hours with the original ID card of the applicant. On site, the outlets only support the exchange of the outlets, not other outlets.
Customers who have made an appointment successfully, please hold the original of the second generation ID card registered in the appointment system and within the validity period on the date agreed by themselves, and go to the appointed business outlet for exchange.
If the customer receives the 70th anniversary banknote on behalf of others, he / she shall handle it with the original valid identity certificate registered in the appointment system by the recipient, and the number of recipients shall not exceed 5.
At the end of the reserved exchange period, the 70 year old banknotes that the customer has reserved but not yet exchanged will be issued by the local people's Bank in a unified way and transferred to the on-site exchange mode. Please check the announcement of the local people's Bank in time.
