(two) dispatching

There are personnel files in the registered permanent residence, which are transferred to our city through negotiation and approved by the human resources department of the government to handle the transfer procedures with the status of a worker. There are three ways to obtain worker status:

1. Through the human resources departments at all levels (the original labor department) to handle the recruitment (employment) procedures, the files should include: recruitment approval form (recruitment notice, absorption of fixed workers approval form, district and County Labor Department seal), etc.

2. Graduates of technical schools shall go through the distribution procedures by the labor department, and their work units or labor departments shall go through the formalization and grading for them to obtain the worker's identity; the distribution letter issued by the school and the district / county labor department shall be included in the files.

3. Approval document for placement of veterans (seal of placement office of Civil Affairs Bureau at or above the district level)

According to the relevant provisions of the state, when obtaining the identity of cadres or workers, they must go through the formalities of transferring from agriculture to non agriculture at the same time, i.e. transfer and transfer business personnel, who need to be registered in urban areas.

(three) recruitment

If there is no personnel file, the recruitment formalities shall be handled. There are three main categories:

1. Those who have not been employed or have been employed for a short time or temporarily but have not gone through the recruitment procedures.

2. Full time graduates of ordinary colleges and secondary schools have not gone through the receiving procedures, and now they are unable to go through the receiving procedures.

3. The identity of the original cadres and workers does not have the work relationship carried forward by the unit after the original work unit leaves, resigns, dismisses or changes work, and there is no qualified human resource intermediary agency to act as the agent of the work relationship.
