5. If drunk driving a motor vehicle, the traffic management department of the public security organ shall restrict the driver to sober up, revoke the motor vehicle driver's license, and investigate the criminal responsibility according to law; the driver shall not obtain the motor vehicle driver's license again within 10 years, and shall not drive the motor vehicle after obtaining the motor vehicle driver's license again.

Severe punishment for drunk driving:
