According to the national standard, the total acid of brewing vinegar shall not be less than 3.5 degrees (the total acid content per 100ml is 3.5G), and it shall meet the national standards gb18187 and gb19777. 3. If the word "acetic acid" or "glacial acetic acid" is written in the additive, it can only be called "preparation of vinegar", otherwise it is a violation.
