If the employer arranges overtime work for the laborer on the three days (October 1, 2 and 3) of the legal holidays, it shall pay the overtime wage at least 300% of the laborer's daily or hourly wage. If the employer arranges overtime work for the remaining four days, and cannot arrange compensatory leave, it shall pay not less than 200% of the salary.
