The Civil Aviation Administration has withdrawn and changed the new regulations. It did not need to worry because of the high fees. Sometimes when going out, it's inevitable that there will be a change of ticket. There will be a uniform service charge standard for train change, but the plane change has encountered a lot of embarrassment.

There is no uniform refund fee rules in China, and passengers complain about the high cost of "refund, change and endorsement". Yesterday (13), the relevant head of Civil Aviation Administration disclosed in a press conference that China's civil aviation will further standardize the ticket sales, refund, change and endorsement services. On the basis of widely soliciting opinions, CAAC has drawn up the notice on improving civil aviation ticketing service and put forward specific improvement measures, which will be issued soon.

The Civil Aviation Administration has been afraid of changing the new regulations because of the high fee of changing the new regulations. Now we don't need to worry

In April this year, Jiangsu provincial consumer Insurance Commission released the survey report on the refunding and changing of air tickets for consumers in Jiangsu Province. Of the 1250 consumers who participated in the online questionnaire survey, 995 had the experience of refunding and changing tickets, accounting for 79.6%. According to the report, 30.7% of consumers said that they had changed their tickets early but were still required to charge a high fee for the change, and 23.5% of consumers had experienced the problem that the refund fee was higher than the ticket price.

22.7% of them have experienced the situation that the refund fee charged by the website of booking tickets on behalf of others is higher than that charged by the official website of airlines. Some consumers who participated in the survey said that refunds were charged a maximum of 3000 yuan, accounting for 42% of the ticket price, while the maximum change fee was 6000 yuan, so they could buy a new ticket if they were too expensive. In this survey, eight airlines have different policies of refunding, changing and signing. For different airlines offering the same fare for the same journey, the refund fee may vary by twice.
