According to the criteria announced by three operators, from July 1, the tariff and promotion of local and provincial mobile data traffic resources will be adjusted to national traffic (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). After the traffic free roaming, which kind of people benefit the most? The reporter found that before and after the cancellation of the traffic roaming fee, there is almost no change in the price of the traffic outside the package. Therefore, the users who originally only use the local package will benefit the most, and they will no longer need to buy the temporary traffic package when traveling.
For example, user a of Beijing local package does not include free national traffic in the original package. Previously, he went to other places on business and used 1g traffic in other places, so he needed to pay an additional 30 yuan traffic fee. After July 1, he also went to other places for business trip, and then used 1g traffic. Metro traffic campus traffic is not within the scope of adjustment
The reporter noted that not all the traffic in the package can be upgraded to national general traffic free of charge. China Mobile's official microblog told mobile users that location-based traffic charges, such as campus traffic, subway traffic packets, and WLAN charges, are not included in the adjustment.

The customer service personnel said that since the traffic of 'Metro flow package' is only used in Beijing Metro, they haven't received any notice that the Metro can also be used in other regions, so the flow package is still only used locally after July 1.
Customer service of China Telecom and China Unicom also told the media that the regional preferential package based on the positioning of base stations is not adjusted. However, when the reporter specifically asked Beijing Unicom about the traffic in the community, the customer service staff also said that they still need to wait for the regional details.
