Dancer inherits customer's heritage, happiness comes too suddenly and unexpectedly

A former stripper in the U.S. inherited a six digit legacy from a customer, totaling $223000 (about 1.41 million yuan).

Veronica Beckham, 34, said she became 'friends' with Micky Liu, a director of HBO, in July 2014 when she met him at the strip club in Atlantic City, New Jersey, the Daily Mail reported.

In March 2015, less than a year after they knew each other, 50 year old Mickey was found dead in his Manhattan apartment. Mickey has diabetes, heart disease and alcohol. Veronica claims that she and Mickey have a 'permanent friendship' relationship, so Mickey was willing to let her become the beneficiary of his retirement account and life insurance before his death, totaling $223000 (about RMB 1.41 million).

Mickey's sister, may Liu, was furious, arguing that Veronica 'as a professional stripper, is good at coercion and manipulation'. Liu Mei decides that Veronica coerces her brother to sign the beneficiary of the heritage by some means, so she takes Veronica to court.

According to the New York Post, the judge said he had no choice but to file a lawsuit unless a more senior beneficiary, such as Mickey's ex girlfriend, appeared.

Mickey signed the heritage transfer agreement between October 2014 and January 2015.

In July 2014, after Mickey and Veronica met at the club, Mickey returned to New York, while Veronica flew to Florida to see her sick mother, but the two kept in touch with each other by phone and SMS. In August, Veronica returned to New Jersey and lived with Mickey for more than a month after her rental expired.

Mickey's sister claims that she had sex with Veronica, but Veronica denies that. She admitted that they had talked about sex, but they were pure friends.

Veronica said that for 35 days of living with Mickey, he put her in bed while he slept on the sofa. She later returned to the strip club, where she worked two or three times a week.

On October 2, 2014, Veronica moved back to Florida, and on October 21, Mickey identified Veronica as a beneficiary of the estate. Just three days later, he sent her an email expressing his love.

'Dear Veronica, I have never said or done anything to hurt you intentionally. I love you and care about you. I hope you know. 'he wrote about 4 a.m. on October 24.

In late January 2015, he visited her in Florida. By that time, Veronica seemed to be alienating Mickey, according to one of his emails.

In an email on January 20, 2015, Mickey wrote, 'I'm worried about you. I miss you. &Hello IP & Hello IP; lack of money? I'm not used to not being able to contact you. '

Mickey died on March 17, 2015, and Veronica said she didn't know about his death until more than a month later.

Veronica denies that she is a woman who swindles men's money out of beauty. She said, 'I'm sure I didn't use any means to induce him to make me a beneficiary of the estate. '

'I was deeply hurt by the sensational and untrue allegations. '

Veronica later turned to a stylist to serve rap singers Flo Rida and Snoop Dogg.

Mickey's sister Liu Mei said she was not ready to give up the lawsuit.
