1. The validity of the certificate is 5 years.
On September 15, 2014, according to the regulations on the full use of E-PASS to Hong Kong and Macao, the validity period of adult E-PASS to Hong Kong and Macao was extended to 10 years, and 5-year valid pass was still issued for those under the age of 16.
2. The period of validity of the endorsement is divided into six types: personal travel (g), family visit (T), business (s), group travel (L), other (q) and stay (d) according to the application reasons.
The validity period of Hong Kong g-signature and l-signature are: three months once, three months twice, one year once and two times a year. Macao only applies once every three months and once every year for endorsement. The endorsement stipulates that each stay in Hong Kong or Macao shall not exceed 7 days, one in one out.
3. The explanation of the validity period of the endorsement takes one time a year as an example. It does not mean that only one time a year can be used, but that the validity period of the endorsement is one year. After going back and forth to Hong Kong and Macao within one year, you can apply for the endorsement again. There is no limit on the number of applications.
If it does not go within one year, the endorsement is invalid and can be applied again.
For the first time, I have to submit an application to the exit and Entry Administration Office of the place where I have registered permanent residence. The application materials include: the original and copy of the resident identity card and household register (copy on the same paper with A4 paper), fill in the application form for Chinese citizen's exit and entry certificate, and take two 2-inch light background color photos (also take photos on site at my own expense). At the same time, I have to apply for signing in Hong Kong and Macao respectively Note.
If you go to Hong Kong only, you will apply for Hong Kong endorsement. If you go to Macao only, you will apply for both.
