What to do when the due date is up
The vast majority of pregnant women will encounter this situation, the baby is still motionless after the due date. In fact, it is normal to give birth within two weeks before and after the due date. If born between 24 and 36 weeks of gestation, it is considered premature (early delivery), and born after 42 weeks, it is overdue (overdue delivery).
However, the pregnant woman has passed the pre delivery period, but there is no sign of delivery. The following points must be paid attention to:
1. Don't be too nervous. Pay attention to fetal movement. Once the fetal movement is less than 3 times per hour or less than 20 times within 12 hours or the fetal movement is weakened, you need to go to the hospital for further examination immediately, and the doctor will decide the delivery time according to the situation.
2. Continue to carry out the labor examination, and give the results of the early pregnancy examination (such as B-ultrasound, blood test, pregnancy test, etc.) and the time and results of the fetal movement to the doctor, so that the doctor can check the gestational week for you again.
3. Strengthen the prenatal examination, shorten the interval of examination, contact the doctor at any time, inform the intrauterine fetal movement, and follow up the amniotic fluid volume with B-ultrasound. If there is no abnormality, pregnancy can be continued under close supervision.
If the pre delivery date is delayed to 14 days, when the clinical so-called overdue pregnancy is reached, the placenta of some pregnant women will be aged and the fetus will be asphyxiated due to lack of oxygen, so the harm to the child is great, so measures should be taken in time to the hospital.
Calculation method of expected date of production
(1) according to the calculation of the last menstruation:
The month of the last menstrual period plus 9 or minus 3 is the number of months in the expected delivery period; the days plus 7 is the expected delivery date.
(2) according to the date of fetal movement:
If you can't remember the date of the last menstruation, you can calculate it according to the date of fetal movement. Generally, fetal movement starts 18-20 weeks after pregnancy. The calculation method is: the first parturient is the day of fetal movement plus 20 weeks; the second parturient is the day of fetal movement plus 22 weeks.
(3) according to the basic temperature curve:
Take the last day of the low temperature section of the basic temperature curve as the ovulation day, and calculate 264-268 days, or add 38 weeks, from the later of the ovulation day.
(4) according to B-ultrasonic examination calculation:
When doctors do B-ultrasound, the fetal age can be estimated by measuring the biparietal diameter, the length of the head and buttock and the length of the femur, and the pre delivery period can be calculated (this method is mostly used for doctors' B-ultrasound examination and diagnosis).
(5) estimation of the time from the beginning of pregnancy and vomiting:

(6) based on the height of the uterine fundus
