Which areas can be handled in different places? 10 provinces and cities carry out one-to-one pilot acceptance in different places, and the handling of ID card in different places is definitely a policy of benefiting the people, which saves a lot of time for many people who work or study abroad, so how to handle ID card in different places? Do you know the process of handling provincial certificates in different places?
Compared with other provinces, people working in other provinces are more concerned about which areas can be handled in other provinces.
According to the deployment of the Ministry of public security, from July 2015 to June 2016, 10 provinces and cities in Tianjin and Henan, Jiangsu and Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangxi, Chongqing and Sichuan, Hubei and Hunan carried out one-on-one pilot acceptance in different places.
On the basis of one-to-one pilot, some places have expanded the scope of off-site acceptance. Take Henan as an example. At present, Henan Province has opened collection points for ID cards in 12 provinces and cities across the country, including Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Shantou, Fuzhou, Xiamen and Xinjiang. Henan registered residents can apply for ID cards in these places without going back to their original places.
When will it be fully implemented in all parts of the country? It will be implemented nationwide in July 2017
It will be very convenient for people who go out to work, study and live for a long time to apply for ID card in other places. When will this measure be implemented nationwide?
Huang Ming, Vice Minister of the Ministry of public security, said in response to reporters' questions about the establishment of a system for accepting resident identity cards in different places that the Ministry of public security has set a timetable and roadmap, and in July 2016, it will promote the acceptance in different places in large and medium-sized cities and counties (cities) with conditions. In July 2017, the work of off-site acceptance, loss reporting and loss recruitment will be fully implemented throughout the country.
Why do we have to wait until July 2017 to implement nationwide? Huang Ming pointed out that it needs a process to fully implement the system of resident ID card remote acceptance. Due to China's large population and different situations, it also involves a lot of work, such as information system upgrading and transformation, business process adjustment and improvement, equipment configuration and personnel skills training, which must be designed as a whole, implemented step by step and continuously improved to ensure safety and reliability.

According to the above opinions issued by the Ministry of public security, the public security organ shall issue the resident identity card within 60 days from the date when the citizen submits the registration form for accepting the resident identity card in another place; in the areas with inconvenient traffic, the handling time may be extended appropriately, but the extension time shall not exceed 30 days; where conditions permit, the period for making and Issuing the certificate may be shortened according to the actual situation.
Note: two situations cannot be handled in different places
The above opinions issued by the Ministry of public security make it clear that the following two situations are not allowed to handle the application in other places: first, it is difficult to confirm the identity due to the great changes in the appearance characteristics and the unregistered fingerprint information of the resident identity card;
Second, there are bad credit records, including those who forge, alter, buy, sell, claim, swindle, use the household register, ID card, passport, driver's license and those who buy, sell and use the fake one, as well as those who are pushed by the national credit information sharing and exchange platform. For the above situations, it is still necessary to return to the place of residence for application.
