1. Quicklime
Put some quicklime in the rice VAT to absorb moisture. Quicklime will absorb water to become mature lime. With this feature, quicklime can be placed in a sealed jar to keep the jar dry. In this environment, things are not easy to mildew. Moreover, hydrated lime is alkaline, and the calcium generated by it can denature the protein, kill bacteria and fungi, and have the effect of insect repellent.
Note: lay some quicklime on the bottom of the rice VAT, and then lay a layer of plastic cloth on the top, and then put rice to avoid eating by mistake. Generally, quicklime is not easy to get. What should I do? In fact, I can accumulate some preservatives in snacks and put them in rice, which has the same effect.
2. Refrigerate
It is a good way to keep rice in low temperature, such as refrigerator. Low temperature can reduce the oxidation of rice oil and the breeding of rice insects. Place the rice in a closed plastic bucket or bag and refrigerate it.
Note: rice can't be taken out and stored at normal temperature after being put into the refrigerator. 3. Remove bran.

4. Dried pepper
