Note: in view of the loophole of "changing tickets to avoid" in echelon ticket refunding, the railway department has issued new regulations on train ticket refunding and changing tickets, which can only be changed once no matter online or window booking.

After the online booking of train tickets is successful, whether or not the tickets are exchanged for paper tickets, the ticket can be changed and refunded at the ticket window of the station. At present, the ticket can not be refunded at the agency.
1. Go to the ticket window with bank POS installed at the station before driving.
2. The following situations shall be handled as follows:
(1) if paper tickets have been exchanged, they can be handled at any station before the designated departure time.
(2) if the original of the second-generation ID card has been used to go through the formalities of entering the station for ticket checking but not taking the train, it shall be handled after the confirmation of the station.
(3) if the original of the second generation ID card has been used to go through the formalities of ticket check-in, but the passenger gets off in the middle of the journey due to injury, disease or carrier's responsibility, the passenger transport record issued by the conductor shall be used to go through the formalities of ticket refund in the next station.
3. Issue paper tickets after the change.
IV. preparation materials for train ticket refund:
1. For ticket purchase at the railway ticket window, please go to the station ticket window to refund:
(1) if the passenger handles it himself / herself, please provide the ticket and the original of his / her valid identity card used in ticket purchase; if he / she is unable to present the original of his / her valid identity card, please go to the station railway public security card office to handle the temporary identity certificate of the passenger train, and then handle ticket refund.
(2) in case of handling on behalf of the passenger, please provide the original of the ticket and the valid identity card of the passenger used in the purchase; in case of no original of the valid identity card of the passenger used in the purchase, please provide the original of the ticket and the valid identity card of the agent and the copy of the valid identity card of the passenger used in the purchase.
2. For tickets purchased on 12306.cn website, please provide the original valid identity card of the passenger used in ticket refund at the ticket window of the station; for tickets purchased with other valid identity documents other than the resident identity card, please provide the order number (E + 9 digits)
How long does the online refund arrive
