Nanjing Wuxiang Mountain National Forest Park is located in Lishui, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, not far from the city. There is also a temple called Wuxiang Temple in this forest park. Today, Xiao Bian is going to introduce a trail to Wuxiang Temple, which is suitable for mountaineering and walking.
In the 16th year, a new trail was built here, which is connected with the hundred step ladder trail, muhuangmiao trail, Tianchi trail and maojiashan trail to form a circular trail system. At the foot of the mountain of Wuxiang Temple, there is a forest trail with ups and downs. Every once in a while, some workers will clean up the weeds on the trail. This trail is the loop trail of Wuxiang Temple Reservoir, and it is also a component of Wuxiang mountain slow trail. The total length is more than 570 meters. The trail leads to Wuxiang Temple, so the original appearance of the trail is preserved here, and the Zen path is adhered to. Walk less than 20 minutes, you can directly lead to Wuxiang Temple, Tianchi and other attractions.
Wuxiang mountain's slow walking trail includes 7 trails, including the Muhuang Temple trail, the old and new Wuxiang Temple Tianchi trail, etc. Wuxiang Temple's reservoir line trail is one of the slow walking trails in Wuxiang mountain scenic area. There is an obvious platform on the top of the mountain, which has been abandoned! It is said to be a weather radar station of the former air force. It's not used anymore!
Lishui District of Nanjing is also the starting place for the annual marathon. The path on the top of the mountain and the scattered pine leaves make it very comfortable and smooth to step on.
The Tianchi Lake in Wuxiang mountain, Lishui, is a reservoir between the mountains. It's not deep. It's about ten meters. At least it's half the size of a football field! This big water pit is said by the tourism department to be a volcanic landform, a relic of the ancient crater, and the accumulated rainwater has made this pool water.
It's just applied to be a national forest park. Fortunately, local people will go there in reality. It's very quiet in the morning. A meditation in the temple is also a good spiritual practice in the day!
When Tianchi comes down, it's Wuxiang Temple! Keep walking along the ring road and keep going. From Wuxiang Temple, you can walk about 16 kilometers to shishanxia village in lishingqiao town. If you are worried about the distance of 16 kilometers, you can choose to take the No.1 tourist bus.
Get off to the entrance of the village, shixiashan village has now become an ecological agricultural tourism destination.
