According to China's labor law, October 1-4 is a legal holiday. If you work overtime for 8 days and don't take compensatory leave, you can get at least 7085.97 yuan of overtime pay.
According to the Beijing minimum wage standard of 2000 yuan per month implemented from September 1 this year, when calculating overtime wage, at least 1104 yuan can be obtained from October 1 to 4; at least 736 yuan can be obtained from October 5 to 8. If you work overtime for 8 days and don't take compensatory leave, you can get at least 1840 yuan of overtime pay.
According to Article 91 of the labor law, the labor administrative department shall order the employer to pay the wage and economic compensation of the employee, and may also order the employer to pay the compensation, if the employer refuses to pay the employee the wage and economic compensation for the extended working hours.
