Overtime pay for 4 days is calculated as 3 times of normal day
First of all, according to relevant laws and regulations, if the employer arranges overtime work for the workers on the Mid Autumn Festival on October 4 and from October 1 to 3, the overtime pay shall be paid separately according to no less than 300% of the daily or hourly wage of the workers themselves. That is to say, the overtime wage with 4 days' leave shall be calculated as 3 times of the daily wage.
If the employer arranges overtime work for the workers during October 5, 6, 7 and 8, it can choose to arrange compensatory leave for the workers without paying overtime wage. If there is no compensatory leave, the overtime wage shall be paid according to no less than 200% of the daily or hourly wage of the employee.
That is to say, for all 8 days of overtime work, the salary for 4 days shall be calculated by 3 times of the normal day, and the labor for 4 days shall be calculated by 2 times of the normal day's salary if no compensatory leave is arranged subsequently.
8 days overtime without compensatory leave
The minimum overtime wage is 1379 yuan
So, take the minimum wage standard of Chengdu as an example, how much will the overtime wage of 8 days be calculated?
It is understood that at present, the minimum wage in Chengdu is two grades, 1500 yuan / month and 1380 yuan / month.

According to the minimum wage standard of 1500 yuan, it is assumed that all 8 days will go to work and the rest 4 days will not be taken. Then overtime pay shall be:
1500 & pide; 21.75 & times; 300% & times; 4 & asymp; 827.58 yuan
1500 & pide; 21.75 & times; 200% & times; 4 & asymp; 551.72 yuan
827.58 + 551.72 = 1379.3 yuan
Therefore, if all the 8-day long and small holidays are overtime without compensatory leave, the overtime wage can be at least 1379 yuan.
