Overtime pay for 4 days is calculated as 3 times of normal day

First of all, according to relevant laws and regulations, if the employer arranges overtime work for the workers on the Mid Autumn Festival on October 4 and from October 1 to 3, the overtime pay shall be paid separately according to no less than 300% of the daily or hourly wage of the workers themselves. That is to say, the overtime wage with 4 days' leave shall be calculated as 3 times of the daily wage.

The minimum overtime wage is 1379 yuan

So, take the minimum wage standard of Chengdu as an example, how much will the overtime wage of 8 days be calculated?

It is understood that at present, the minimum wage in Chengdu is two grades, 1500 yuan / month and 1380 yuan / month.

1500 & pide; 21.75 & times; 200% & times; 4 & asymp; 551.72 yuan

827.58 + 551.72 = 1379.3 yuan

Therefore, if all the 8-day long and small holidays are overtime without compensatory leave, the overtime wage can be at least 1379 yuan.
