For cabin crew, the rules adjust the training program and qualification requirements of cabin crew, increase the time of initial training and retraining, and increase the requirements of crew's recent experience.

In addition, the fifth revision of the rules revised the fuel management policy, put forward specific requirements for in-flight fuel inspection and fuel monitoring, made clear the time to announce 'minimum fuel quantity' and 'emergency fuel quantity', colleagues revised the fuel requirements for regular passenger operation, unified the fuel requirements for domestic and international operation, and implemented fuel policy optimization for air carriers Provided regulatory support.

The rules further clarify the requirements of airlines on the Continuous Airworthiness and safety management of aircraft, forming a closed-loop management, so as to further improve the operation safety of aircraft in the middle and later stages of the design service life, and strengthen the safety supervision of 'aging aircraft'.

It is worth noting that according to the development trend of portable electronic equipment (PED) on board and the international research results, this revision relaxed the management regulations for the portable electronic equipment on board, allowed airlines to assess the impact of the portable electronic equipment as the main body, and formulated the corresponding management and use policies.
