When does the first year of 2018 start
Generally speaking, the earliest time to sign up is August 20, because of the need for military training. If the latest end of September is for additional entry. The general opening time of one and two books is after September 5. The specific time is announced on your admission notice. You should remember the opening time.
The opening time of vocational high school is generally around August 30.

Notes on the first day of new student registration
The first day of freshman registration, many things are not clear, may take the wrong road, so some precautions.
1. On the day of check-in, the student union of colleges and universities will have "welcome new students" to pick up cars or guide them. There will be a large number of senior volunteers in the school. Volunteers should be equipped with chest cards. If there is any help, you can find them directly. 3. Most colleges and universities are "one-stop" services (excluding queuing time, only a few minutes). Some colleges and universities have to pay insurance premiums on behalf of others. When registering, they handle the "one card" (rechargeable) and "bank card" of libraries, canteens (Northern colleges and universities including bath time). After registration, your college, class, student ID, student ID and school badge are all available. Attention: most colleges and universities need to re check up after the start of school. 1. Leaders like the president of the student union, if you respect them and tell yourself, it's because they are your elders, not because they are your superiors.
2. 'I'll treat you to dinner' and the like, never say anything. It's a common thing for a university to invite people to dinner. Everyone will take it seriously, even if they don't know each other.
3. Don't be kidnapped by interpersonal relationship. Think about what you want. If you can't find a partner to do anything, you will find that you can't do anything in three years. What you get is friendship. What you lose is yourself.
4. Learn more about and contact with people of different types and social status, and know how to get along with different types of people. Don't limit yourself to a comfortable small circle.
5. Don't swear, you should know the power of habit. When you're looking for a job or contacting someone, a word or a few words will make your image in other people's mind greatly reduced.
