Do you know the precautions for early pregnancy?

Early pregnancy is a very special period. Because the newly formed embryo is extremely sensitive to many external factors and stimuli. Therefore, pregnant women must pay attention to their own life in life, and take care of themselves, so as not to cause fetal deformity or abortion.

1. Prevention of cold, common cold and influenza are respiratory tract infections caused by virus. Although the common cold has little effect on the fetus, if the body temperature is maintained at about 39 ℃ for a long time, it may also cause embryo deformity. In particular, influenza, not only the virus can make the embryo or fetus deformed, but also the high fever and virus toxicity can stimulate uterine contraction and cause abortion. Therefore, avoid going to public places in the early pregnancy, especially in the cold season, and avoid contact with cold patients in life.

2. Don't take medicine by yourself. Don't take medicine by yourself in case of cold, headache, insomnia and other discomfort between 30-40 days of pregnancy. At this time, it is the most sensitive period for embryo tissue to drugs. The newly formed embryo is very young and easy to be damaged by some drugs, resulting in deformity or abortion. When you have a fever, do not use aspirin and other antipyretics. Go to the doctor in time and tell the time of pregnancy so that the doctor can choose drugs that are both effective and not harmful to the fetus.

3. It is forbidden to do abdominal X-ray examination. In the early stage of pregnancy, especially at 15-56 days of pregnancy, the organs of the embryo are in the process of highly differentiated formation. Once receiving X-ray, especially abdomen, it is easy to develop embryo deformity, such as microcephaly, dementia, brain edema, microphthalmos and other developmental defects. Therefore, X-ray exposure is absolutely prohibited in the first two months of pregnancy. In addition, routine pulmonary fluoroscopy during pregnancy can be postponed to 4 months after pregnancy, and X-ray pelvic measurement should be avoided in the early stage of pregnancy, preferably around 36 weeks of pregnancy.

4. The bath time should not be too long. The reaction of pregnancy and vomiting in the early stage of pregnancy usually makes the pregnant woman weaker. If the bath time is too long, it is easy for the body to be too tired, causing dizziness and collapse in the bathroom; or because the body is cold and catch cold. In particular, sitting bath time is too long, it will cause uterine congestion, stimulate the contraction of uterine muscles, and cause abortion.

5, do not apply strong perfume, strong perfume contains some artificial fragrances, easy to stimulate the pregnant women's respiratory tract, skin and nervous system, cause allergic reactions, such as skin itching, but also cause dizziness, cough and even headache and other discomfort, and early pregnant women themselves are very sensitive. In addition, strong perfume also makes it easy for the fetus to suffer from diarrhea and ear infection after birth. Therefore, it is best to avoid using such perfume during pregnancy.

6. Try not to walk the bumpy road when traveling. Many pregnant women still insist on going to work every day in the early stage of pregnancy. If you ride a bicycle, take a bus or work as a steward on a bumpy road, you are likely to cause pelvic congestion due to severe vibration or overwork, which will cause stimulation to embryonic tissue and lead to adverse results such as spontaneous abortion or threatened abortion. Therefore, when riding or riding in the early pregnancy, try to avoid uneven roads to avoid accidents.
