The 2018 CBA summer league and the cross strait Yangtze River Delta Professional Basketball Club Challenge (referred to as the Yangtze River Delta challenge) will officially open on August 1. The following is the specific schedule of the Yangtze River Delta challenge:
The overall event of 2018 Yangtze River Delta challenge will start on July 29, which is the registration day for all staff. On July 30, basketball rule training, theoretical examination, physical examination and other referee related training will be carried out. On the evening of July 30, eight teams participating in the Yangtze River Delta challenge will register one after another.
There are eight teams in the 2018 Yangtze River Delta challenge, including Zhejiang men's basketball team, Guangxia men's basketball team, Kendia men's basketball team, Tongxi men's basketball team, Shanghai Men's basketball team and Beikong men's basketball team from CBA League, and Taipei Daxin and warrior Fubang from SBL League in Taipei, China. On August 1, the Yangtze River Delta challenge will officially open. The opening battle will start at 16:00, with Taipei Daxin playing Zhejiang men's basketball team. From August 1 to August 4, eight teams were divided into two groups to compete in a single cycle. On August 5, the two groups played each other according to their ranks and finally decided the championship.
