Make persistence a habit

a lot of people have met the heat of three minutes. Sometimes they really make up their mind to finish something, but they can't continue after three or five days. Have you ever thought about why?

1. Everyone has inertia, and the first thing to do is to overcome their own inertia.

2. The second is to write down your own goals. Goals can be something you want to accomplish very much or a simple action, but you can't set too many and complex goals at one time, which is not conducive to persistence.

3. The third is to punch in the form of a daily date written behind the goal and tick if you insist. Put it in a place where you can look up every day.

4. To set a completion time for your goal, it depends on the difficulty of the goal, which can be one week or one month. It is recommended to start from a simple point of view, and one month is the best time.

5. After a month, you will find that the daily process of achieving your goals has become your life habit, and you have made it a part of your daily life.

6. When sticking to one thing becomes a life habit, like brushing your teeth every day, then you succeed. Persistence is no longer a matter of conflict, but one you are willing to work for.

7. I'm also trying to stick to something I've always wanted to do but I've been putting it on hold. I hope we can grow into better ourselves together.
