The reason and solution of automobile air conditioner not cooling

1. Too much refrigerant causes insufficient refrigeration

Too many refrigerants are usually caused by overfilling refrigerants during maintenance, because the proportion of refrigerant volume in the air conditioning system is required. If the proportion is too much, it will affect the heat dissipation, that is to say, if the heat dissipation is more, the cooling capacity will be larger; otherwise, if the heat dissipation is less, the cooling capacity will be smaller.

Maintenance method: observe from the sight glass above the drying tank. If there is no bubble in the sight glass when the car air conditioner is running, and there is no bubble after the compressor stops running, it must be too much refrigerant. If the amount of pressurized cooling oil is too much, when the air conditioning system operates normally, the turbid bubbles can be seen from the sight glass. Of course, if there is too much refrigerant, you can slowly discharge some at the service port on the low-pressure side of the air conditioning system.

2. Air in the system also causes insufficient refrigeration

Once there is air in the air conditioning system, it will cause the pressure of the refrigeration pipe to be too high, and the poor refrigerant circulation will also cause insufficient refrigeration. This kind of fault is mainly caused by the poor sealing of the refrigeration system, or the incomplete vacuuming in the maintenance.

3. Insufficient refrigerant caused by too little refrigerant

Most of the reasons for the lack of refrigerant are due to the tiny leakage of refrigerant in the system. If there is not enough refrigerant in the air conditioning system, the refrigerant injected into the evaporator from the expansion valve must also be reduced, when the refrigerant evaporates in the evaporator. The heat absorbed will also decrease, and the cooling capacity will also decrease.

Maintenance method: insufficient refrigerant can also be observed from the sight glass above the drying tank. If there are continuous and slow bubbles in the sight glass during normal operation of the air conditioner, the refrigerant is insufficient. If there is obvious bubble turnover, it means that the refrigerant is seriously insufficient. If the refrigerant is insufficient, add the refrigerant, but note that if it is added from the low-pressure side, do not pour the refrigerant bottle, if it is added from the high-pressure side, do not start the engine.

4. Other reasons

There are many problems in the air conditioning refrigeration system, such as insufficient refrigeration and poor refrigeration effect, generally due to the problem of refrigeration sealing. Because the refrigerant used in cars is very permeable now. Therefore, the sealing requirements of the system are also relatively high. If there is a little leakage in the refrigeration working pipeline or valve, the refrigeration will be insufficient.

How to reduce the temperature when the temperature in the car is high

1. Open ventilation

The simpler way is to open the four windows before getting on the car, so that the car is well ventilated and the hot air in the car is dissipated. First, adjust the temperature to the lowest level, then turn on the vehicle circulation, adjust the wind direction to the foot blowing position, and finally turn the air volume to the maximum so that the indoor hot air can be discharged outwards. When you feel that the indoor air is in balance with the external temperature, close the window glass, open the internal circulation of the vehicle, and adjust the temperature to the appropriate gear.

2. First external circulation and then internal circulation

Many people believe that keeping the air conditioner in the internal circulation state will be conducive to the retention of cold air, and the temperature at the air outlet of the air conditioner will be lower. It's true that when the temperature inside the car is lower than the temperature outside the car, the internal circulation can better maintain the temperature inside the car.

But in the first time, the temperature inside the car is higher than that outside the car, so the state of internal circulation is not conducive to the circulation of hot air inside the car. At this time, the air conditioner should be set in the state of external circulation, so that the air temperature of the air conditioner will be lower. The simpler way is to open the window, level the temperature inside the car with that outside the car as soon as possible, and then turn on the air conditioner.

3. Air outlet cooling up faster

The direction of the air-conditioning blowing port is also very important. In summer, if the cold wind blows upward, the temperature in the car will drop faster. In winter, blow down the hot air and the temperature will rise faster. It is the principle of air expansion and contraction that makes the hot air lighter and the cold air heavier.
